Belgrove House

Belgrove House is a proposed office and laboratory building for the life-sciences sector, situated in the Knowledge Quarter, near King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations in Camden.

The design is sensitive to the historically significant station buildings and aims to complement the area’s distinctive character and contrasts.
The building’s features lab floors on levels one to three, with the main lab space facing King’s Cross Square. Levels four to nine house a mix of office and research spaces. Additionally, there’s a dedicated ‘collaboration hub’ on the 4th floor, encouraging interaction among occupants. An auditorium at the lower-ground level is being considered for potential public use.
